So, I'm an INFP, but I think I might be half way to ISFJ, because a lot of things that they supposedly value are vary important to me. I'm a family oriented person that looks for life-long relationship. I also have trouble saying no to people and get satisfaction from helping them. There are also a few traits that INFPs and ISFJs just share. Interesting how that works out. I still identify more as and INFP, but I connect with ISFJs to an extent.

This is so spot on I’m going through a breakup rn and doing self discovery and trying to see where I went wrong but she would always disrupt harmony and could not accept things as they were and I shutdown at the end and accepted the breakup to avoid conflict then weeks later ruminated about where I went wrong and wanted her back to fix things

Sometimes we need to accept that it's not just us. As an ISFJ, I tried hard to make my relationship work. I then looked at myself and thought what I could do more to ensure my partner is happy and shows love back to me. The answer was nothing. Because whatever I do was not changing her and for her to show love back to me. I tried so many times doing positive things, but everytime I felt exhausted and the resentment just built. We had our breaks here and there, which allowed me to get my energy back and try again. This was repeated a good amount of times but still no change.

But I want to be depended on too. I’m INFJ dating ISFJ. He like people depending on him yes! I cannot see how much he needed me. I care too much so I’ll hold back more for now . I don’t take advantage of people but I feel like I can be bullied with due to this. He please others’ needs first.
