The sad thing is in this game they explain the four parts of a soul and that without the most crucial one(direction) they can't go through the light of Alfheim. Which means in his final moments Brok was studying every detail of his brothers face since he'll never be able to see it ever again even when Sindri dies they'll never meet again

Well, strictly speaking it is entirely possible to find and reunite his fylga with the remainder of his soul, but only a giant gifted with soul magic would be capable of doing so. The pieces would be roaming the wilds essentially as restless spirits. They could be anywhere in any land or realm. Definitely doable though

When Brok said "Y'aint got no things!" that's where everything that Tyr had done started to seem odd. Not, being Odin, kind of odd but definitely like he couldn't be trusted.
@XxMarine97531xX Жыл бұрын
Yeah I was confused for a moment, but as soon as he said he doesn't have anything it clicked, as well as him walking away with the mask. I thought at first that Tyr was a double agent of some sort/going to betray to avoid war, not that he was actually Odin in disguise.
@twinpony Жыл бұрын
Especially that he doesn’t even have things since he first came to Sindri’s house after he was pulled out of the cell in svartalfheim. So he’s clearly lying about having things just so he could make an excuse to get away with the mask.

What had my eyebrows raised was that he knew a way to Asgard the whole time, knowing Kratos wanted to keep Atreus safe.
@Corvin666Ай бұрын
This was so well done. Tyr starts sounding overly excited, you suspect a little bit that something is off, but you want to believe so much that Tyr can find his stride and become Tyr again that you just don't want to think about it. And then Brok starts calling his bullshit - that's almost outrageous but he's doing exactly what you secretly want to do. And it's making a lot of sense - you don't easily fool a master blacksmith about some secret passage to Asgard he'd never heard about
@emanplays3710 Жыл бұрын

What did Brok mean when he told sindri “I know what you’ve done” “and I forgives ya”
@Cragified Жыл бұрын
Brok is a 'zombie' much like Mimir. Long ago Brok died in an accident in the forge. Sindri went to the lake of the souls and found 3 of the 4 soul parts of Brok while all the souls in the lake swarmed and grabbed at him. This is what triggered Sindri's germophobia. Brok is telling Sindri he knew he did this and by doing so he damned Brok to effectively eternal purgatory because without the 4th part his soul can never go through the light.
@SeriousDragonify Жыл бұрын
He found out that his soul died and lives without it, which is why Mermaid forge didn't recognize his presence. Sindri tried to prevent him going there imploring Kratos to go instead of him (to not find out about it), but he refused his request.

What sucks about this is not that Brok was the one who figured out that it was Odin in a room with supposed super geniuses such as Freya, but it was *how* he figured it out. It was because he called him Loki… seriously? That’s the most basic writing i have ever seen. Kratos would’ve been the first to comment on that but he didn’t. Freya should’ve known something‘s fishy from Tyr‘s behavior from the get go or at the very least, it should’ve been Sindri who made a comment too. God this was such a badly executed reveal
@mingoncas Жыл бұрын
Brok was always seen as the "stupid" and rude, but really straightforward, so he wouldn't find it normal that Atreus was being called Loki. Kratos was already accepting that Atreus is also Loki, Freya was blind by vengeance and Sindri wasn't confrontational. The other two, Mimir indeed understands that the question raised by Brok about the path to Asgard was interesting, and Freyr always came across as not too focused on those details, but even he said that the fake Tyr was sounding more like a burden.
