Rogue One doesn't get enough credit for creating so many entirely new ship designs that 1000% match Orig Trig fleets. like if i didn't know better, you could tell me the U-Wing appeared in the background fleet shots of ESB or that the zeta wing was a discarded design for the shuttle Tyderium and i'd believe you. many of the sequel trilogy designs are mostly just updated versions of x wings and a wings, which are good in their own right but aren't as creative as adding entirely new ships. it's a hard balance to design a brand new ship that still fits in with models from 30+ years ago, and yet they did it. hats off to the rogue one art team fr

I’ve even seen people who straight up thought the U-Wing *was* from the OT, and were shocked to learn that it was so new! They really did a phenomenal job on Rogue One.

Honestly I've always thought if the mc75 was a little faster and had slightly more weapons it would have made for a great destroyer for the rebellion

The MC75 became my favourite rebel star cruiser, i also lovd how the MC ships look aquatic, they look like whales, especially the MC80 winged variant. 🐋 🐳

I think the MC-75 isn’t really talked about because it is one of the few things in the Disney canon nearly everyone loves but they don’t want to admit it.

I see what they were doing with the MC75, but it'd be so much better with like 18-24 turbolasers instead of 12 and a full compliment of 72 fighters instead of 36. The bridge thing kind of confounds me, so I'm glad there are other variants that eliminate that weird & stupid flaw.

At first glance I thought the MC-75 was a Dauntless cruiser, which would have been kind of a deep cut from Legends. That being said, it is a great ship design. It's potentially a real ass-kicker in Star Wars Armada.

As much as I love rogue one I kind of always felt the rebel should have had at least three MC75 cruisers at the Battle of Scarif so they can take on the two imperial star destroyers

See, that’s where you’re wrong. On *Earth*, it only goes up to three. But on Coruscant, they have restaurants so good they needed to add two more stars to the scale. This actually caused an enormous argument in the culinary world, which became known among chefs as the Stars War.
