Partially correct . 2 Years hai NIT Patna and NIT Warangal me. But Warangal me 3 years bhi ho sakta, in case of 2 years it will be MCA Diploma kind of. All the other NITs has full 3 years duration. Hope this helps

Congratulations 🥳 Dono hi acche college hai par if someone give me choice I would go for Warangal. Reason - batch size bohot kam hai. Warangal ka double se bhi jyada hai Allahabad me.. ye acche se dekho toe matter karta hai.. Baaki no doubt dono college hi Top tier toe utna nahi sochne ka.

Rank vs marks changes every year and the lowest rank that can get into any NIT will be around 650-700

Nahi, 70/80 wale hai par 60/65 tak bohot companies hai, even Amazon doesn't have any criteria so if you really want to join MNCs, this shouldn't be the reason. If you prepare enough you can crack rest of the companies easily

Hi sister I am a 2nd year BCA student and want to crack NIMCET I have 2 year for preparing for this exam so i need your suggestion that how should i start my preparation i have seen so many YT videos and different people have their different opinions i have started with class 11th RD sharma book because my basic’s are weak but it is taking me so long to complete a single chapter thoroughly because i am reading every single page of RD sharma thoroughly and practicing every single question but i don’t know whether it is required or i am just wasting my time also So pls tell me is it worth compromising on coding and preparing for NIMCET cuz at the end we have to do coding and if as NIMCET candidate’s are also increasing so if i not able to crack the NIMCET then i will left with nothing. So just tell me should I completely focus on my programming (BCA) or I should also prepare for NIMCET. What i think is at the end if only skills matters so i should learn coding and will get admission in any good private college for MCA and from their i will get a good job through my good skills because NITs only provide us the platform where we are prioritise more but if our skills is not up to the mark then NIT will not help us

Your thought is absolutely correct. NIT will give you the platform but you need to have a good understanding on coding and subjects. Why compromising coding for nimcet ? you can do both. NIMCET is not JEE advanced and after NIMCET you will get plenty of time before placement, if someone uses that wisely then he/she will definitely land a good package. And sometimes it's not compromising but it's more like taking care of one thing at a time. If you want to MCA, don't listen to many and go for it

no that was just an example. many companies don't have criteria. Example - Amazon,Optum. But on the other hand many do have 70/80% criteria. So don't worry about the criteria as of now if you have already decided to go for corporate job. just focus on your preparation so that you can grab any opportunity comes in your way

Don't be depressed, you know you are eligible for so many companies. Jo 70% wala bataya that was for DBOI, for our batch DBOI offered the highest on campus package. Dont worry, you have decent marks on 10th,12th.. you will find very little difficulty but good preparation can help you easily get a job. No need to get depressed bhai

Hi, It can affect your placement but there have exceptions too. Depends on the candidate. I know someone who was an IIT grad, went for UPSC prep but left after 3/4 years and through CAT got IIMA, this year she graduated with a very high package. Obviously this is an exceptional case and she has great academics. You can go for MCA but few companies have certain criteria so that can affect, i had one batchmate during MCA, she had 3 years gap too but cracked off campus Amazon. So it totally depends on your preparation and how you tackle questions related to your gap years. And I can't suggest you it's worth it or not as market is down and there have many unplaced students as well, in my batch there were 10-12 unplaced students who had a tough time in off campus. and upsc and mca is not similar prep/journey. I have shared my mca pov, rest you have to decide

i have a question. i am gonna join nit raipur in 2024 most probably. if the package at the time i need a job is 6.5 to 7.5 than i am better off at my home town as i have other opportunities besides studies. but if the package goes to 10 to 13 lpa than i can shift to college as it might not offer as much money as i earn here but still provide better comfort in life. so what should i be doing here. i know we don't know what is gonna happen in future but in a rough estimate, what would be better for me in this scenario

See, nobody can guarantee you that you will get 10+ package even in top NITs as in reality so many things matters , your preparation to opportunities to luck, luck matters a lot. So this is completely your decision whether you want take that risk and work hard for a better opportunity or stay home for other options. it's totally your call buddy

To be really honest you can not expect anything, reason I have seen people with good profile getting 7-8 lpa while people with zero knowledge got 14 lpa. So it totally depends on luck and your prep. You can expect minimum ( minimum number i am talking about) - 5.5-6 lpa on campus

This year even IITs failed to provide opportunities to students due to market situation and I guess only MBA colleges can guarantee a double digit / 6 digit monthly salary now 😄 and the number I mentioned was the lowest package, i don't know your acads or anything so I shouldn't comment on what you should expect. I can be a bit positive and say 10+ is easy but again, i don't know anything about you so low range is 5.5-6 and avg is 7.5-8.5.. Highest is 20
