Just subscribed, found this from you tube recommendations. I clicked because it said you made things and had no idea it would show cancer. My mom had nasopharangeal cancer which was rare at the time. Not sure about now. Going to watch now, past and future posts on your channel to see and hear your story.

I'm with ya. Thought this was a remodeling, building channel, but confusion set in when the 1st video popped up showing this guy in the hospital with a giant jaw being drained. I'm assuming that this channel originally focused on one subject and go hijacked by cancer. How awful. :(

Mark I want to share this with you. I can sympathize a little with you. At least from the perspective from a parent. My daughter three years ago. My daughter was diagnosed with moyamoya. Which a disease that thickens the carotid arteries. That causes the vessels in the brain to create thin and small vessels that can erupt and cause a stroke. That is what happened to her three years ago. Spent 2 months in the hospital and therapy. Is doing well and playing adaptive sports and doing great in school. She has paralysis on her left side. And brain damage from the stroke. She wasn't supposed to walk or talk. She does both. This disease affect 1 in 300 thousand. Very rare. So, there is a light in the end of the tunnel. Stay strong. The stronger you are and your obvious positive way will kick its ass. You have a great support group that helps as well as you probably know. Kicks its ass.

Patrick Dougan Hi Patrick. Can’t believe I’ve just seen your post by chance. My friends daughter was diagnosed with moyamoya last month, and is getting surgery next week. They don’t know anyone who has gone through this, and are understandably concerned for the future and all the unknowns. Do you know of any support groups? I wish you and your family everything of the best.
@patrickdougan40665 жыл бұрын
@@jaydmacdonald768 I wish. There isn't any where we live. Remember there is treatment and the surgery is very successful. It takes 2 to 3 hours. She having the revascularization surgery I believe. She'll have a 4 to 5 inch incision. We believe the reason why she had her stroke is that it wasn't diagnosed soon enough. People that have this surgery live a full life. I wish your family the best of luck. I'm sure you won't need it.

He did the rounds of specialists and ask oncologist if he could try his way first. He went to Wellness Center and worked on the cancer for months. Went back to the doctor and his numbers were down and he went into remission. And still is. Clean eating, no flour, no sugar.

Hello Mark! Wow, you look fantastic as compared to just a couple weeks ago. I will, once again, point out how lucky you are to have all the family support. Matt and friend with you in Houston recently, and Mom watching the kids so you can just chill. I've said this many times so I will stop repeating it, but I am so glad for you that you have so much support. There is nothing easy about being sick. But it would be harder if you didn't have the love of your family, all around you, all the time. You're young and strong. You have every reason in the world to survive this, and you absolutely can. I've also see you inspire others with this experience. People are making positive life changes, like quitting chewing, because they're watching you. Stay in the fight sir. You can do this. Stay on your feet and accept small victories. Hang in there.

Dude you’re incredible. I just subbed a couple days ago and watched a bunch of your videos. My brother in law who is 35, just beat cancer a year ago. I’m a firm believer that your attitude plays a huge role in your recovery and how your body heals itself. He was a great example of that. You are too. You’re gonna be ok, i know it. Keep up the good fight.
@Scottish-Ali-C5 жыл бұрын
How dangerous a comment to make! ‘You’re gonna be ok, I know it.’ NO. You don’t know it. You hope it. But you can’t go around saying things like ‘you’re going to be ok’ it’s not fair. And this attitude you speak of... show me some science ridiculous data and then we can talk. Oh, and I’m a cancer survivor. So don’t come for me. Also, I know you’re trying to help but seriously... think before you type. Words are powerful.

Your so strong and such an inspiration to those of us that are sick! I've been in remission since November 2nd 1995, I had a tumor growing in my uterus and small ones all around it. But now I'm having other health issues, I had 2 heart attacks in June all brought on by a UTI that turned into Sepsis Shock overnight so I was on life support for 10 day's. I have also had Pulmonary Hypertension for about 10years so I'm on Oxygen 24/7, The sad part is I'm not that old yet, Lol.. I just turned 54 on 09/20. I enjoy your videos and your strength is amazing. I also live in Texas, a small West Texas town called Fort Stockton it is about an hour from Odessa/Midland area, but I absolutely love the town you live in, it's so beautiful. My best friend lives in Comfort, we're both originally from Natchez Mississippi across the Mississippi river from Vidalia Louisiana... Sorry I texted/talked your ear off, I have 2 son's around yours and your brothers ages. Your in my Prayers and so is your family, I know how hard it is on everyone when someone is sick! Dude, you look great! Prayers are WORKING and the tumor has shrunk on your right lateral jawline. I’m glad that aspirating the infected abscessed tumor was so successful. You DON’t HAVE TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF CANCER and YOUR TREATMENT IS OBVIOUSLY WORKING! The reason why the nasopharyngeal tumor has grown is because I believe that it being the original tumor had the most time to grow before it was addressed and the others were just cancer cells that broke off and started growing. Fortunately this CHEMO combo with the COTI-2 IN CLINICAL TRIALS HAS HAS SHOWN REMARKABLE EFFICACY IN TREATMENT OF A VARIETY OF CANCER LINES AND YOURS ARE OBVIOUSLY RESPONDING!!! CONTINUED PRAYERS AS I SAID BEFORE THERE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE AND NOW 10,000 MORE THAT ARE PRAYING FOR YOU TO GET WELL MARK!!! YOU NEED TO RENAME YOUR CHANNEL FROM HOMEMADE EVERYTHING TO THE MIRACLES ON A DAILY BASIS CHANNEL.!!!U look great and just keep fighting. YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL SUPPORTERS FAMILY TO LIVE FOR!! Handling it like a boss fella. You might think you're not building anything at the moment, but this record of vlogs could be a valuable resource to current and future patients. Like I've said before as cancer patients the experience we get can be valuable to others being diagnosed behind us if we have the courage to share it like you are. I know when I was diagnosed having someone around to talk to who'd been through what I was about to go through would have helped me massively. I didn't meet other survivors until well into my treatment and hearing their stories helped me get my head back on the right track and get on with things.
