In other words, the Stay was lifted but USCIS still can't approve it until November 8. By the way, I completed my biometrics yesterday.

I do have a one question for now , everything is happening with this pip law is coming down to one man , a judge, one person who at the end ,will approve or disapprove the whole thing. That’s my I understanding. So here it goes, how in the world is not this person not biased??? How is possible not to be swayed left or right ?? Who’s to say that ? Millions of people are hanging on a thread that one man can cut or reinforce. Is this justice ?? Is this right?? Millions??? One man ??

They are all in bed together. Each one just keeps pointing the finger at each other and using each other to prolong this!!! So frustrating! Really? What happened to “ immigration is a federal issue not a state issue!” 3 months just so they can come back and tell us what we knew all along… that they never had a real case and this should have never been interrupted in the first place!!!!

Yes, I heard you can still apply for parole in place but you will need to address the deportation order before you submit your adjustment of status application.
