McCormick Iinternational B46 Plunger stuck !

Hi Mark - Thanks for the videos. A very close friend asked me what I knew about B46's. It seems that he knows someone who has one and "The blades are hitting". Now I can see just how big a challenge it is going to be {insert huge grin here}. Still, after watching your excellent videos I am stupid enough to think that I may be able to do something. My background was in Marine Engineering and I have worked on trucks, motorbikes and my Landrover before retirement. At 73 I am a bit stiff but still have a few tool boxes... Are these Metric or Imperial ? Could you do a video of how you made that blade or is it simply a hunk of steel with an edge ? Did you weld a hard face on before grinding the edge ?
