Programming new products on M3000: When fryer is off Press and hold temp and info buttons. The computer shows "Enter code", Enter 1 2 3 4. The computer shows level 1 programming changing to product selection. Press left 1 checkmark button. Select the product, "Modify?" is displayed on left display. Press the left 1 checkmark button. Name is displayed on left display. Enter using the keyboard to enter with no more than 8 characters a name of the product. Each key has 3 letters. Press 0 key to eliminate the character. When done Press down key. The left display will show "Cook time". Enter the time of cooking in minutes and seconds. Press down key. The left display will show "Temp". Enter temperature in °C or °F of cooking. Press down key. The left display will show "Cook ID" Enter 4 letter name of product during Cook cycle. Press down key. "Duty time 1" appears on left display. Enter the time if necessary during Cook cycle the basket should be shaked or something different duty performed. Press down key. "Duty time 2" appears on left display. Enter the time if necessary for 2nd duty. Press down key. "Qual time" appears on left display. Enter time the product can be held after cooking. Press down key. The left display will show "AIF disable" using lwft and right buttons scroll through Yes and no. Press down key. "Assign bin" is on left display. Product name is on the right display. Press and hold the button until the light will show. Press down key. Name is on left display. Repeat those steps to Enter more products. To quit Press 2 x key. The computer will show level 1 programming changing to product selection. Press 2 x key. The computer turns off.
