You’d think for her hard work, loyalty, and dedication. She’d either 1) have her own franchise, or 2) have a good stake in the stocks. If this was truly a meritocracy, she wouldn’t have to ask or demand it, she earned it, she did FAR more than most. But no. She’s just a lovely human being who has an unbelievable work ethic, while executives and district/regional managers who show up to the stores once a month-if lucky-pocket millions. This ain’t right. She is the definition of America. She just accepts her position and doesn’t expect to evolve or grow out of it as long as she can stay afloat. She’s a smart woman who knows how to manage her life, who works well with what she’s got, isn’t wasteful, and doesn’t care if she deserves more. But she deserves to be recognized by her VALUE. Good will and “honor” are disrespectful if you aren’t willing to put your money where your mouth is. Her good will was exploited, but she’s a wonderful person who clearly cherishes more than money. If only corporate elites could be like this woman and treat all their employees well.

She is a 50 year example of how employees in the fast food industry use to be. Go back 50 years and come back to today's fast food workers and you will see the difference. I'm 45 now but as a kid and all my teenage years I remember everyone just like this lady had her personality no matter what fast food restaurant you went to. She is probably the only one left from the good ole' fast food days era when almost all workers were bubbly, uplifting, caring, proud and respectful working in the fast food industry and treated customers with caring and respect and made sure all the food was hot and fresh back then. It was a GENUINE TIME WE WILL NEVER EXPERIENCE AGAIN IN THIS LIFETIME! GOD BLESS HER!!!

It’s a special lifetime accomplishment to be able to work ANYWHERE for 50 years however it’s also sad bcuz u know she ain’t made a damn thing financially. Even as a manager THE MOST she probably made was maybe 60K and that’s being generous, plus she ended up back as a regular crew person which likely meant a significant pay reduction.
