How do you change drink sizes for breakfast combos? It only shows small and I couldn't find a way to change it to a large drink.

It usually takes me about 10 seconds to order from a cashier " Big Mac meal medium fries medium coke. Thanks" Now I have to wade through half a dozen screens with latency. And if I want something new I would just ask the cashier for it but now I'm having to figure out which page it's on to find it. Sorry Let's have a smile and human contact.

Sorry McDonald's - you lost my business. First - it takes FOREVER to punch in your order. And from where I'm standing, the order board is SO HUGE, I get whiplash craning my neck from top to bottom to see where I'm supposed to push next. Second - I don't feel like ordering fast food should necessitate a trip to the restroom to clean the filth from my fingers. Has everybody seen what nasty bugs have been cultured from public surfaces like door handles, shopping carts, pay phones (when they existed)? Everything from nasty bacteria to influenza to fecal material. GROSS. I'll still use the Mikkie D's drive-through - but lobby order with your ridiculous kiosk? NEVER again.

Yeah. Done that a couple of times. After having the "Sir, you order at the kiosk" discussion a few times, I was able to order at the counter. Each time, my order came with a complimentary super-sized order of attitude with my food.

I feel the same way about these kiosks. I'll go to the counter. I'm not sure if McD's is trying to save money by eliminating an employee or what but these things are a ridiculous waste of time and I agree that I feel the need to wash my hands after I use them. They could at least put some hand sanitizer next to it!

This is nasty. Your hands will be very dirty by the time your order is ready. Fingers tips are gross. People pick there noses and scratch there asses with them.

There should be a team of people that go around and waste time at the mcdonald's kiosk until other customers get so frustrated that they walk out and they lose business. Maybe the viral video people could do that
