You made the non-patty parts of 47 burgers and a chicken sandwich in this 16 minute and 12 second video. There are a few cuts in the footage, but your approximate Burgers Per Minute score (BPM) is 2.94, and I find that pretty impressive.

loved working here when i was younger. would love to see a POV during a really busy lunch rush, showing people the chaos and stress these workers go though during peak hours. It seriously isn't as easy as you think. The slightest mistakes can lead to massive wait times and setbacks when waiting for your order. and its the people that order "no salt" on fries or custom burger orders that throws the wrench into the hole system.

I'm an aircraft mechanic and while I'm sure people find my job fascinating I find your job fascinating. It's incredible to see the level of efficiency such an operation as McDonald's has been streamlined down to. Everything has a purpose from the tools, to the order of operation's, to the clear skill you have. While I never really looked down upon others in jobs like this I never really got a behind the scene's look like this as I never worked a fast food job so I never had a sense of understanding. Watching this I want to thank you personally and anyone else who is reading this no matter what you do because here's the fact - it doesn't matter if you flip burger's, turn a wrench, broker multi-million dollar deal's, or just answer a telephone. Your job is important - all our jobs are important because it's what makes the world go round. by naif

I never knew a McDonald’s was this streamlined. It’s like an assembly line at an automobile factory. One person gets the buns and puts the katchup, lettuce and cheese on it, the next person puts the meat on it and wraps it up in the paper, they send it down to another person that then puts it on a tray or in a bag and gives it to the customer. Truly fascinating.

7 months, worked in kitchen. The guy in the video is lucky to be on table (assembling the food). This is the best place to be because otherwise you're breaking your back over the tiny grills they have or on chicken (like fries but 5x the amount of things to cook). I'd worked at McDonald's for 7 months and have had an accumulative 2 hours and 30 minutes on table across all the shifts I've worked. McDonald's is only a fun place to work if the creepy old men managing you have taken a liking to you.

I work at mcdonalds and I'm surpised I never heard a "reg out" or "I need reg dropped" so your grill person must be on top of it. Anyways I think its cool to see the slight difference in technology like the bun toaster at mine we put the buns in on the side and then they come out the other end and I think yours is much more efficient because sometimes with ours the buns will get stuck and they wont even end up going through the toaster. Anyways, your fluidity when it comes to dropping buns and grabbing the right wrapping papers and stickering them was really effortless and I want to have that kind of grace.

I'm amazed at the efficiency in which food production is undertaken while still doing everything correctly. The key to that is what goes on behind the scenes from ingredient ordering, correct storage, preparing for each service (to me this is a big part of this managers McDonald's success) and then out to customers. It's a lot of logistics and even orders that some ingredients are not wanted eg sauce never seems to be a problem for this team.

While I'm sure everyone is talking about how hard it is to do this, how satisfying this video is, how streamlined this is, or how he kicked the bun. I will bring to light the more fun parts that I watched: -The genius idea of the giant vacuum under the table where they can get rid of the trash. As a fast food worker, I would kiss whoever makes that! -The worker in the background singing Hot Potato! -How he says light tartar sauce! -Generally just how fun it must be to use those sauce tools! -The struggle of replacing that goddamn receipt paper!! -And lastly, and personally my favorite bit.., How he noticeably goes into turbo mode when a bunch of orders appears. It's like the worker's version of nitro and tells me that you were in the zone. Loved the video!!
