a decent chunk of fruiting body mushrooms fall under the category of "you can eat it, but why?". There's also a good chunk of shrooms that will technically kill you but you have to eat a ton of it, otherwise you'll probably just have an upset stomach. so more details would be nice.

I hope you were able to get an appointment scheduled! Depending on where you live physical therapists may be able to intake you as assess you as a patient without a referral from a physician!
