Actually, we should make it ALL mail and voting. That makes it much simpler, that way everybody that has the right to vote gets the opportunity to vote, they don't have to worry about standing in line for hours, they get their vote in it gets counted which is exactly what we want. Oregon has been doing full mail than voting for years and had no problem. It is a superior way of getting things done. The biggest reason for that is, is it is substantially more inclusive.
