I got this from MTS a couple of days ago. It's a great example of justifiable reuse. It all works pretty well to make a decent modern Cyborg figure. He's really the last figure I needed to complete a functional Teen Titans team. (Like you, I consider Vic more a Titan than a member of the JLA). Just wish he had come with at least one fist.

Not a fan of the reused shoulder pads too. They should’ve sculpted new ones or took them out completely. I cut off the ones on my Cyborg, leaving the pegs in. I like it a lot better now.
