I bought 2 sets of these. For flash I swapped the head with dc essentials on one of them making the ideal rebirth flash imo. The other I quickly turned into a reverse flash with the angry face lending itself perfectly to the character. Sold one of the reddeaths and kept the other. Speaking of customs the infected superman is easily turned into any version of superman and the first release superman head fits perfectly on that body. I love the line and look forward to almost every upcoming release.

I am expecting these delivered tomorrow . One thing I was surprised at , was that the 2 packs are 5 , even 10 pounds more expensive than if you buy the 2 figures separately , considering the only accessory you get looks like a floater in a swimming pool , that seems a bit of a rip off.

Flash is sized good in my opinion Devestator should’ve been 1.5 inches taller

The single release Red Death will actually be a Golden variant based on his brief gold good guy transformation in the comics according to leaked info and images. So the only way to get a regular Red Death will be in this Two-Pack, which is the more logical way for McFarlane.

@@dHuntersReviews hmmm I assumed that image was the original promotion for Red Death but that it won't have those accessories anymore. I think if they were planning on releasing that figure it would have already leaked online. But who knows, if they end up releasing a single release red Red Death with the effects I will be completeley thrilled.

Nothing has been confirmed, but Walmart had red death single listed a couple months ago, I expect this to happen still

A gold version could be nice, because I would personally completely paint the current one a more metallic burgundy and accent it with gold. A gold one may look better and require less painting to look good in my eyes.

@@allenjames4808 Gold release is officially coming and has even been shown by Todd himself. Single Red Death looks to only have been shown as concept for promotion and not actually coming... as far as we know for now at least..

I actually think the "wrong hands" situation is intended since in the promo pics theres also one with the angry flash having the single carded hands. And also many people have said theyre flash from the pack came with the hands from the single carded one so i think this is on purpose, and i hope mine has the single carded hands since i like those better 🤣.

Quite a bit taller, yes. Mafex run about 6.5 inches, DC Direct runs about 7.0 inches.

What’s the easiest way to remove the hands

Heat up some water to a boil in a cup and dip his arms in there for about two minutes and then gently pull the hands off
