Simple mod for your McFarlane DC Multiverse figures. Increase the thigh articulation without breaking up the sculpt.

Many thanks for this, I recently got the Mortal Kombat Spawn, and am going to do the neck and torso mods, but wasn't keen on the thigh cuts. This has made my day !! Haha 👍

This worked! I think I took a bit too much out. I tried it on my Knghtfall Batman and it's noticeable if I have him kick out all the way. Still not too bad a bit more range.

Why are people completely cutting the thighs? You could even take a bit more off if you wanted to. Complete 360 thing rotation isn't necessary. Thanks for this video man.

thats easy just heat up , pop and shave away the inside hole. I did it recently with my The Batman figure

What if the leg /thigh joint doesn’t come with the leg when I take it off , I’m trying a few things for bane and 2 figures I popped apart, the leg joint comes off with the leg when I need those joints for the legs in gonna use any specific tool u recommend?

If the joint is still in there you can still do this mod, just need to trim a little more carefully. I’ve had what you described happen though. It pops off at the hip sometimes. I recommend heating again and using a small flathead screwdriver to pry it up.

A straight thigh cut can help the figure do crouch position. Nice mod but this wont do the job. What poses can this help do?

I don’t think you need a full thigh cut to hit a crouch full crouch. Once you spread the legs out for a crouch the rotation opens up on its own as it’s not hitting the connecting joint in the pelvis. This helps you get more range out of half crouches, running poses etc.
