I love Todd's DC Multiverse line. The biggest complaint I have is the scaling! Man, he's all over the place with the height of characters.

Right? I love the latest Batfleck and with other batmen he's fine, but put it aside Wonder Woman or Cavill's Superman and you'll think that Affleck is like 5'9

Gotta love the pipe wrench. Plumber by day, superhero by night. He fixes toilets and fights crime! 😂

I'll definitely be picking this up and stealing how you have posed him at the end of the video looks so good with that cape

If Superman wasn't the very first DC character then we wouldn't have Batman either because this figure from his own first appearance looks cool especially that head sculpt, bendy wired cape, and including the wrench which he uses before creating his famous batarangs, I don't have him but my friend might get me the black and grey suited Hush Batman, Great review.

I agree with you Spot... the Knightfall Batman would have been a better choice.

i normally don’t like shiny cape, but for this specific batman it works in that theatrics type vibe

Love the New Retro Style McFarlane Toys Batman. Story made by Bill Finger & his Drawer Bob Kane. 1st appearance Batman May (1939) #27 Detective Comics. I enjoyed the Video. Great Toy Reviewing Spot! 🤩🤩😃👍👍

They should of used a one head piece for the 89' Batman Figure like they did with this one. GREAT Review as always!

While I do like this cape, I'm surprised McFarlane Toys, given their fondness for sculpted PVC capes, chose to give a fabric cape to the Batman with the stiffest cape of all time. Also, how hard is it to provide hands that fit the accessory? This has become a frequent issue with the DC Multiverse line.

Several thoughts: gloves aside (be them purple or blue) the original Batman costume was amazing from the start. Always loved the entire cown and long ears.

I absolutely love this figure; I think it's probably the best Batman variant that McFarlane has made for some time. I *think* the nchest is a new sculpt - the rest is pretty much the Hush body as you say, but the chest looks less bulky to me and a little less bulky. My only real gripe is that the 'gripping' hands don't really fit with the wrench, which limits the use of that accessory. Overall, though, I love it.

I like this figure but I feel like McFarlane has been really lazy with the accessories

Warner brothers is strict on weapons and anything that resembles a gun is not allowed because guns are bad for kids according to them.

The bigger issue is that the accessories often don't fit well in the provided hands. Case in point, trying to get this Batman to hold his wrench.

GREAT CLASSIC BATMAN FIGURE REVIEW 🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇 SPOT 😇😇😇😇 AWESOME!

While I'm excited for the figure, I wish his cowl was more accurate. The Two-Face as Batman figure from awhile back had a cowl much closer to how Batman's looked in 1939.

Great review as always! I tried to get my hands on him and the day before I was going to get him, he sold out. So imma have to look really hard when he comes out on shelves!! Your review definitely made me more excited and he’d make an excellent pairing with the new crisis wave Superman!!

Does he work well with a 7 inch Earth 2 or mullet superman figures in size though? 😏

Was Batman a surgeon in these comics? Those gloves...

Ha, not that I'm aware of, bit strange that he's got the gloves on huh?

Oh that’s because the colorist at the time mistakenly colored them purple, so they just ran with it after that. Not trying to be smart ass just wanted to answer your question. Hope i did

Man i was excited to get this figure but was extremely disappointed when i opened the box. The articulation is just completely unacceptable, they're just mildly movable statues.
@JoeJoe-xn3zv4 ай бұрын
Its amazing how majority of the reviewer's are saying this is the best batman when clearly taking into consideration the huge gap between the neck and body it's their worst release. Even the Hush Batman with the same neck design didn't have a gap that big. This is a huge disappointment. That's all this figure is. After making so many Batman figures when McFarlane releases something with this massive defect it needs to be called out not simply brushed aside and go gaga over the figure..... Glad that at least some reviewer's are actually reviewing it right.

Too big, too buffed, and ears are not quite right, and you got it right, Knightfall's body would've suited first appearance much better, big pass for now
