The coat is how he’s seen in most of the film, so it’d make sense to have this version more than the build a figure one. Though, I do want that too!

As far as I've heard it's solely an SDCC release. Although the bundle of this and the 2 Joker figures did go up on McFarlanes website shortly after the con.

It cannot. It is completely open but I'm sure some customizers out there have figured something out!
