I don't mind the eyes looking to the side thing on Lex Luthor, since I feel like he kind of ought to look shifty, but it's not a good choice on Babs for that same reason, it makes her look up to something. This would be mitigated if Todd did alternate heads, but I get that'd also probably raise the price point.

Profile on back of card has “TM” inbetween r and l in Batgirl. Great review, to bad it’s not classic blue/gray colors but will do, for now.

Ah yes the famous "Eyes looking slightly to the side" that SH Figuarts made famous with their Marvel figures. The one thing we hated on those figures Todd decided to pick up on.

But don't those have at least an extra neutral facing front face? Because I don't mind if it means more options but McFarlane won't give extra faceplates on his regular figures that's for sure

Side eyes just don't work if there is no neutral head. Simply because you have to pose along where the eyes are looking. It's a shame because the new digital painting they've applied to these faces really elevates the look.

For the eyes, I was thinking if that was made of a different material like a magnet so we could use a separate magnet to move the eyes. Could have a lot of fun posing because eye contact while posing naturally with other figures is something which could become easier if that gets implemented. Also it's a win win situation for people who like side eyes & neutral eyes.

Man, I want to get this figure. But most of my stuff is 6 inch, and Todd's line is just way to big. I can't have Batgirl towering over the Shredder or looking beefier than Agent Carter 😂😂

Brad, I was so Jazzed for this Batgirl. Todd assured fans the scale issue would be addressed and it was, for the most part. The paint and sculpt is excellent. I like the idea this design is closer to the Babs I know and love. The cape is an improvement. I like the scale and design of the baterang. But she gives me the side eye like I need to buy her flowers and apologize for something 😂. Still a batgirl I will pick up if I see her. Because she had me at 🤗. Great review 👍

I know this was posted awhile ago, but I just now came across it. Picked up Batgirl and Red Hood today. If you anyone sees this, where'd you get the guns for Red Hood? I need some. The crowbar just isn't doing it for me...

I think I"ll get her, I second that although the first batgirl figure from McFarland toys wasn't bad ( although maybe a tad taller than she should) I really don't like that costume. Although I would swear that in the comic her cowl and cape was a little bluish? being black over black it's a bit meh ,maybe I could do some wash over it but I digress. Definitely a "NO"for the side eyes , unless you going to include the secondary face. The grapple gun seems oversized is that because McFarlane can't do actual realistic " guns" on their figures? I don't know if in real life is like that but in the picture it seems the border of the cowl it's not painted properly? But hey all in all it's a female character and a hero that's not literally Batman so I'm glad for that

The Org McFarlane _Rebirth_ Batgirl (White knight artist) Redesign is still waaaay better! She stands great on 1 leg! Give her The Diamond Select _Bruce Lee_ Bow staff & have her kicking some of Mattel's WWE "suited Goon" asses! She's Perfect... Right now those WWE $10 Basic wrestlers- have the same 2 waves at all my stores, & there's 3 suited bodies amongst them & A _Scarlett_ Chic w/ Grey hair who works great as Batgirl goon fodder.

Awesome Figure🖤🦇💛, but I didn't know that she has the eye problem🤦‍♂️, I never PO Robert Pattinson's Batman because of the eyes, anyways I have already PO her, Batman & The Killing Joke Joker, this are my Top 3 figures which I really want to complete The Killing Joke Animated Movie😍. Maybe if I ever get the chance I might get the Criminal Joker because personally for me he reminds me of Jack Nicholson & Heath Ledger combined into one💜💚

I pre-ordered mine through Amazon, because my Targets and Wal-Marts SUCK. I'm very happy about this Batgirl figure, it's the Batgirl figure I've been waiting for, for YEARS. After all the sucky bad joint classic Batgirls, unposeable animated Batgirls, stiff DC Collectibles Batgirls, and so-so DC Classic Batgirls . . . I finally got the look, sculpt, and poseability I've wanted out of a Batgirl figure. Now all McFarlane needs to do is make me a Yvonne Craig paint Variant out of this sculpt, that comes with her 60's Batman Batcycle, and I will NEVER want for another Batgirl figure EVER again. Maybe I'll get my wish for that one, because it wasn't a couple of months ago that I stated in a comment section that I wanted a Carrie Kelly from McFarlane Toys, and voila, we're getting one in a month!

Damn, those wrist pegs look... Awful. And that's the obly complaint I have about this figure, I even kind o like the eyes. Mezco did the same with their Catwoman, and it doesn't really bother me that much, especially when she stands next to Batman.

I just bought this figure & I like it but not a fan of the placement of the pupils..why make it look sideways? So odd, I watched your review to see if you mention that & you did.
