NEW Callaway APEX reshaft

a golfer has sent a set of NEW callaway APEX to be reshafted.We discuss if the APEX is a taper tip shaft, how to install a graphite shaft into the new apex head, we discuss turning a ferrule using the BB and F along with the special needs of the head when using a custom ferrule.

looks amazing. i got to hit the new apex pro, cb and mb at a recent demo day and they were very easy to hit considering they are for elite golfers. callaway hit a home run with these beauties

Jim another great video alot of good tips are the apex pros lighter feeling then the 2021 apex iron heads I have the 2021 apex irons and they feel to heavy?

Great video Jim. Those Apex irons looks great. Interesting cutting down those PXG ferrules to modify the fit. Personally not a fan of those ferrules. Too distracting, I’ll take plain black all day long

I'm considering a set of the CB's to replace my '08 Cobra Pro MB's Jim. I'm not a lover of that Elevate shaft though so I'd likely put Modus in them 🤔🤔🤔

Hi Jim, I watched one of your videos on shaft flowing - you had some device that let you tighten & loosen the shaft quickly in the clamp - what is that tool? Appreciate the info! KB

Question? I play X100’s, and saw a great deal on a set of MMT shafts but they’re stiff. Can the MMT’s be cut to match that X-flex profile from stiff, thanks.

Question: If a manufacturer says their shaft is 90 grams, How is that measured for individual shafts of different lengths? For instance, you have a 3 wood but then you also want the same shaft in your 5 wood and 7 wood. Obviously, just like your set of irons you're doing in this video, the shaft gets shorter from 4 iron down to wedge. Or 3 wood down to 7 wood. How can they all be 90 grams? Thanks.

Try calling this shop and attempting to set up a club re-shaft or service of any kind. Tell them you can't wait to spend money! Good luck getting a return email or call. The absolute worst customer service one can only imagine awaits you!
