Thanks for sharing!! i wasnt aware there were different charts for each frequency machine i thought it was standard as far as cpms went? I ordered the same machine you have along with the calibration stick . How on earth did you make your own chart??????? how did you know the golf works chart didn't suit the auditor general machine #s????

I was part of the professional clubmakers society, a member came up with the idea to make a way to let the PCS machines make the same club regardless of the machine using a cal stick. Then a chart is made. I rang him up and he made me another one

@@McGolf I assume i can measure the frequency of the clubs you did as a baseline to start a chart on the same frequency curve to determine where this falls on the golf works chart then compare the numbers? is this a safe assumption?? will this work do you think or at least get me close in your mind??

How accurate have you found shaft tips to be?? I can get either a 9.5mm (0.3740") or 9.6mm (0.3779") on Ebay but I don't have the shafts yet. I'm fitting Dynamic Gold shafts 0.370 into Bridgestone irons with 0.355 hosel for ease of ordering new shafts and stepping them differently.

Good afternoon, I currently play a TSI2 driver My swing speed is 98 miles an hour The shaft in my driver is the Tensei Blue AV SFW 55 gram stiff. Currently when I swing my driver, I am UNABLE to FEEL the head load in the shaft. I am looking for a shaft that would help me have a better feeling of the head loading. I have done extensive research on graphite design shafts, but I am open to any other manufacture What do you suggest?

What’s the likelihood of cracking the hosel? After hosel has been reamed? Since that inner wall be thinner?

I have never understood why the FLO is tested perpendicular to the target line. It seems to me the way a shaft should flex in a straight line is along the target line so it doesn't droop as much at impact and hitting the center of the face is easier. That is the way I build my clubs and clubs for others which seems to work well.

There are plenty people that build to your concept. When this process came out we have high speed camera data that showed the shaft bent down not so much to the target so making the club consistent in line with the why it bent was preferable.

Nice video Question when you FLO a shaft with an adaptor and your head is set at whatever degree you choose and adjust the loft later on are you kinda screwed on your FLO now

Great video. One question, and I may have heard it wrong but how did you get an 8gram weight into the tip of the driver shaft?

there are two kinds of tip weights that go into the shaft I have recently come into a model that places most of the weight in the tip shaft instead of the end.

most certainly. The more consistent the golf club can be the more likely the shots will be better.

Quick question: if flex is a measure of cpm vs length, shouldn’t this be the same for all manufacturers??…or manufacturers define their flex differently??…I mean, regular is regular isn’t it???

good question, However each machine reads a little different which isnt enough to make a big deal but each manufacturer has a different idea of what is stiff and regualr etc. That's where we come in
