Mcgrath is the king of supercross. Travis pastrana said it best, "he is a hero, a legend." Say what you want about him but he was a clean rider during his career unlike Stewart. People that say he only won so much because he had no competition is stupid. He battled with Stanton, emig, pastrana, and Carmichael! It's not his fault he was so good.

Chad was a mcgrath fan to hes my role model for riding...funny thing is james too Mcgrath is Stewarts idol too nice way to treat your hero...jeremy is very not into that stuff...u see how big Jack McGrath is u see how big jeremy is now ...safe to say james didnt mean to knock mac down he was probably getting more nervous the closer he git to the end of the whoops im catching him an it was too much...i see the payback...i can say i may have learned it ftom McGrath how u ride right at a guy an then u give them plenty of room an u just make them think ur gonna do a block pass the modern era they have been just doing it...but Jeremy s way is faster...u dont want to slow down an thats whst happens when u hit...it kills both of yalls momentum

I raced Supercross with McGrath a few times. He is THE smoothest, most precise timing rider I've ever seen to this day. His jumps are absolutely perfect on the takeoff and landing. He can stay lower than anyone through the lower doubles. He'll turn those doubles into triples like on the tabletops. Henwas on another level when I was racing in 95.

Other riders MC beat for his championships throughout his career: Emig, Lusk, Huffman, Stanton, Windham, LaRocco, Vuillemin, Hughes (Ryno), Button, Henry, Albertyn, Ferry, Tortelli, Pichon, Ward, Dowd and the list goes on. If thats no one really good then you don't have a clue on the history of the sport, to say MC had it easy is just ignorant and stupid. MC was just a better and smarter rider most times then the others.

Mcgrath should get an official thank you trophy from true mx fans around the world not only for his talent, but the genious way he uses it like right there. Sorry stewart, but Mcgrath used the whip to go fast, you did it on every jump to look cool untill meatheads started calling in the "bubba" scrub. Try all you want, but Ricky, and Jeremy earned their status by doing alot more than just occassionally between injuries riding fast. It takes consistancy, and brains.

I am french, so nothing against MC and Stewart I think Stewart made a big mistake at first It is Stewart problem... To sure about him Then MC pushed him , not an accident. In this sport I think if there was penalty , it would be better. I remember you it is dangerous ... It is a championship, it must be serious. Not here to please people and tv After 1 or 2 years , pilot will accept penalty even they are not big. Ex -3 point Stewart , and -3 MC, (or -10 MC if MC wanted that)
