Like you, I'm bummed that this is not a touch screen. My old HP All in One has touch screen and so does my HP Envy laptop. With this being top of the line you'd think it would be touch screen. Did you ask why they decided against it? I was looking to upgrade my current desktop but I want touch screen. Thanks again for the great review.

Watching this video on the HP Envy 32. I switched out the keyboard and mouse for Logitech options and can confirm that the B&O speaker is amazing!!! If it had a touchscreen it would have been perfect.

I have the Hp Envy at work and the iMac 2021 at home. My iMac runs circles around the HP. I like the HP but even my MacBook Pro runs circles around it.

Hi Ziv. It will be a great buy for Black Friday. The reflections are no problem when it’s darker. My desk is right next to a big window but even then...the brightness overcomes most reflections. The webcam is good and the microphone is good. If you plan to stream, get a good light in front of your face for better quality. Thanks for watching!

A year and a half in and this unit is overheating. Blue error/message screen informing me that it's overheating. Looking for advice, other than "take it in" Thanks!

@@swimsuitchannel3219 When doing simple tasks like web browsing or editing documents the fan will kick on and within a minute the screen will completely freeze. Nothing kicks it out of this mode except using the physical power button to turn it off then on again. It does this every few days. I read reviews prior to purchasing that referenced this same issue so it seems to be a common occurrence.

@@DuPreeinLosAngeles I have a desktop computer I bought for my kids when they were about 6 and 4. They are now 13 and 11 and the screen is not broken. To this day it's being used for virtual school. Not sure how you break a desktop computer's screen. BTW, because I never took the keyboard/mouse out of the box when i first got it, they were extremely comfortable using only the touchsreen. This computer came with windows 8.

I bought this hp aio pc and it was a nightmare I can not even describe. This was my first pc so I didn't really know what I was doing thus the aio... Ordering process literally took 3 months. Box arrived smashed and I could see the computer without opening the box, pc had no visible damage so I set it up, or attempted to. It would idle around 80c and blue screen trying to watch a KZbin video and chat on discord at the same time. In total spent hours and hours and hours on the phone with hp between ordering and troubleshooting overheating and in the end returning. Lots of time on hold. Got all my money back. In the end I was out 3000$ for about 5 months to have a paperweight for about a week. They did give me a 100% refund a few weeks after they received my returned pc. Ended up building my first pc after this whole situation. That went great!! I now passionately hate hp. And yes almost every time I called them I herd roosters in the background from different reps. Haha

You should have questioned your purchase when you saw the damaged shipping box. I have one of these except mine has 32 gb of ram and a1 tb ssd. I have had absolutely no issues with the computer at all since purchase back in May of 2020. The fan sound, when under heavy load, is nothing more than a hiss and goes on and off as needed. Because of the additional Nvidia GeForce GTX 2060 video card inside, the system has a lot of cooling to do when both the Intel i7 and video card are being tasked. Most of my games play at high GPU settings with MSFS2020 being the only exception that works at medium GPU settings. When playing games, it is important to not multitask on the computer while playing. Like any system, there are limits to their abilities. The absolute best dedicated gaming systems out there will struggle if you try to do more than what they are built for.

@@jeffreyburley4033 what are your Temps? I also had 32 gb ram it was blue screening when just updating drivers. Not multi tasking. Perhaps something did get knocked loose in shipping. Maybe hp should package there stuff better and that dosnt explain all the other issues I had. My new pc multi tasks like a champ.

Also the fans weren't loud. Seemed like it didn't have thermalpast on the cpu. Temps just climbed and climbed quickly. Fans would ramp up. Not loud. Then blue screen.

0 stars for HP support, 0 stars for HP and Envy all in one 32 inch. received computer 6/5/21, very disappointing operation, slower than a 14 year old gateway laptop; immediately created service ticket, Case ID5067134941, requesting a return postage label. No response in 72 hours, attempted to follow up on support page, chat, no response, called in to HP no live person available to request label. HP return policy does not work and then they may charge a re-stocking fee, which is no where in their sales literature. Typical windows based manufacturer, should have purchased the imac 27". Al
