This is an excellent series, especially regarding these "off-meta" heroes. People tend to forget how they work, what synergizes well with them or what counters them. In lower leagues, these "off-meta" heroes are really powerful (if played well) simply because players get used to the usual hero pool, their counter etc. and then something like this pops up and not everyone knows how to play with or against such a hero, which certainly gives you an advantage. TLDR: Great video, keep up the good work! (Especially now when Rich's YT channel stopped the subtitling of his videos)

I like these videos, you do a good job analyzing the talent build and provide some good advice. For this match, I thought the enemy team lacked AOE damage which is why your team could stack up together without any real fear. Normally when I play Auriel there is more AOE and that is harder to do.

It's not called Hope, it's just called energy. You give the ally Hope, they give you Energy. Also, Sacred Sweep(Q) CDR generally outperforms the damage quest in teamfights. Quest is still good choice if you also need more waveclear or want burst damage over more Energy/sustained-damage.

Yeah, you should definitely continue this series, always learn something from it. You're very good in giving short and simple, but powerful micro advices and it's not at all boring to watch (for example notparadox is often very lengthy in his explanations, which is fine because his videos are catered towards beginners, but as I said before, your videos are very good for already advanced players) Edit: Just keep doing what you're doing, that'd be great :)

Reservoir of Hope is so strong late game if you have someone like lunara or guldan. Lunara because you'll almost always have full energy in a fight, and then your heals will even be ancestral strength on tanks, Guldan because the healing reduction actually allows you to heal him for a meaningful amount.

I have a do not. Do not take whip on a wider map. You will find it doesn't work out so well better to take it on smaller maps. Maps like queen work because the lanes are narrow.

I explained if the other team had more auto attackers I'd take the speed Q at 1, they didn't and Q damage 1 is very powerful if you are able to complete it as you can essentially generate an entire bar of hope yourself. In this case it was the correct talent and it was also fun to play. I didn't play the character incorrectly here to have fun I just pointed out something was fun to use in game.

Thoughts on Glimmer of hope at 7? I find on globe heavy maps it does some serious work, especially when combined with the quest at 16.

Those work well together. He could have easily chosen those talents instead. When used well you can always have an emergency heal if needed, and rarely run on empty energy. I tend to take these talents more often.

Would like to see more structure and thought in the tips. Have a list made of the do's and don'ts before hand. Don't go ad-hoc and point out potential things that might happen. Then try to focus your gameplay around showing those do's and don'ts. Because I believe the point of these videos are to be entertaining but more than that educational, have the educational as the primary focus. As it stands now, they are just recorded games, where you sometimes point some things out.

Auriel is not TierS atm. She might be a good choice depending on the team comp as u said. But why her instead of tierS healers?

you pick her to pump out healing when you are winning more, if you get outdrafted you are going to be fairly useless until you can force a fight
