If reduce cervical lordosis still can do this exercise? Why some increase pain after doing neck retractuon exercise?

Tissues getting remodelled with retraction and extension Exercise and so the pain and discomfort. Be gentle initially and gradually increase the range while keepin a check in symptoms. Being too aggressive is not recommended
