Sir ,In que 2 this is why pain that changes are easily treatable and constant pain are difficult to treat.? Please explain
@PhysioClassroom
@PhysioClassroom 4 жыл бұрын
Constant pain are chemical pains and donot have a physical cause to it do can't be treated by physiotherapy. Pain that alters or changed with Movements are mechanical and can be successfully treated with physical therapy. Chemical pain is produced by release of chemicals ( example after any trauma) and is contant and throbbing in nature and requires treatment by another chemical agent ( drug). Mechanical pain is produced due to abnormal tension or forces acting on various soft tissues and articular structures and so changes with movement, eg. Aggravated with activity and releived with rest. . These are the ones where medicines should be discourages and Physiotherapy should be promoted.
