Canadian hockey had 722,000 registered hockey players when Trudeau came to power. Today that number has dropped by 25% to 545,000 (despite population increase). Canada was at parity with US in GDP per capita when Trudeau came to power. Now its 61% of US GDP per capita. Canadians are poor and cannot afford this sport.

We’re always complaining about the core being overpaid, now that we have Mcmann at a bargain price, we’re complaining that he should be making more, only in Toronto do we talk more about players salaries, than we do about winning a damn Stanley cup. SMH
