@JThom-yh3ef
@JThom-yh3ef 6 ай бұрын
4 real, its just too bad Terrell Owens ego/attitude destroyed that deadly duo. You can't be like that nowadays because it ain't gonna cut it with nfl teams anymore. That's why T.O didn't last everywhere he went. The same with Antonio Brown when he went to the Raiders, then the Patriots and he got the boot from both clubs. Even though he got another chance with Tampa Bay, Tom Brady was the main reason they took a chance for him and as we all know, he got the boot again because of his incident vs the Jets. You definitely cant be like that.

@@brandonsanders3212 that wasn't smart money. He was a known cancer that only got the job in Philly rather than Baltimore because 5 vouched for him. Plus he had just come back from a severe leg injury and played in the Superbowl with screws and plates still in his leg. It showed great determination but not something you would invest a long term contract into if you were the organization. Conversely, Westbrook had been a pillar of the offence for years and was due his payday. T.O. expected Westbrook levels of trust and respect for what he was asking. When McNabb was on his game, there wasn't a worm safe in the entire field. In this game, he reminds you of Mahommes, the difference is that Mahommes is consistently good, while McNabb had good sundays and bad sundays.

At this point in Andy’s career if someone from the future were to tell him “you will win two super bowls as the coach of the Kansas City chiefs and one of those super bowls will be against a stacked Philadelphia eagles team, he would probably tell you you’re insane. That man thought he would be in Philly forever around 2004/05. I’m an eagles fan and I sometimes miss Andy Reid. But he needed a fresh start. I respect him so much. One of the greatest coaches of all time and such an awesome guy.

McNabb/Owens… what could’ve been 🤦🏼‍♂️ either way, I miss this era. BDawk, Trott, Lito and Sheldon on D… I know the birds got a SB in 2017, but man it would’ve been awesome to see those guys win one.
