Everyone says the father is a priest which is probably the thought of the question, but it doesnt say that the woman is the daughters mother so the woman and the daughter can be siblings and thus they both say "hi father".

Question #3: I see most answers like postbox, mailbox, which confounded me as it is not mentioned in the question, aside letters meant as the written paper inside an envelope. What I see from the question is: Word #1: when Word #2: combined Q asking which of the 2 above hold the most letters. ergo answer: combined

Has no one considered "the alphabet" for the most letters. The "father" could be a priest and/or their biological father. The information states a woman and "a" daughter, it does not say she is the daughter of the other woman;therefore they could be sisters and the man their biological father.

Therefore, Don is the other liar. 3) Since Eddie's statement is correct, and "Both are lying" is a false statement, the only option left is "Both Jim and Hank are saying the truth", which goes in line with the information that 3 boys ALWAYS adhere to the truth. 4) As a result, the thief is 100% not Eddie or Hank. Jim is truthful, thus, Tom is the thief.

For the 8:54 question, I'm confident it is Tom. Tom says both Hank and Jim are lying and if that be the case, there wouldn't be a discrepancy between Tom,Don, and Eddie because they would be in truthful agreement. Since they are not in agreement, you now know that Tom is lying and if Tom is lying, that means that his statement is the opposite so that means that Jim and Hank are actually telling the truth. It's simple deduction going off of the info Jim and Hank give. Jim: Truth Hank: Truth Tom: Liar Don: Liar Eddie: Truth

I guess it doesn't really make sense anymore to comment the answers since everybody has done that and most of the people got all of them right, but... At least I know I found the answers on my own. Ans: 1. Illusion Question -> electric train doesn't emit steam 2. Draw Explanation question -> Father refers to a priest. Also, like others have commented, "woman and a daughter" could actually be related to each other as sisters, wherein the woman could also be a daughter to the man walking in. So there seem to be 2 possible correct answers for this one! 3. Wording Question -> Post Office or Post Box 4. Pattern or Trend Question -> (9 + 7) * 9 (which is the first number) = 16 * 9 = 144 5. Logic Question -> Tom took the apple. If what Tom said is true then both Jim and Hank are lying and also one of Don and Eddie is lying. This would mean 3 people lying that we can't have. Hence what Tom said must be false and hence Tom is one of the liers. Next Don says that one of them is lying and the other is speaking the truth. If what Don says is true then we have one of Jim and Hank to be a lier and we already have established Tom as a lier, plus we would have Eddie as the third lier as he is contradicting Don. Hence, Don can't be saying the truth and he is the second lier. What Eddie says, clarifies the position that both Jim and Hank must be telling the truth and hence Tom and Don are the two liers. Since Eddie has established that both Jim and Hank or telling the truth, we can deduce that Tom had taken the apple. 6. Letter trick questions -> Scrambled eggs

The logical one is Tom. The fastest way to do this is as follows: Either Don or Eddie is lying (direct contradiction to each other). Then, Tom has to be lying, because there's only one more liar, and thus Jim and Hank can't both lie. If Tom and one of Don or Eddie is lying, then Jim and Hank are both telling the truth, meaning it's tom.
