How to get rid of those nasty mCPX vibrations and shaking. It could be a simple gear adjustment, servos need cleaning, or a quick grommet upgrade will smooth out your indoor flying.

When you crash a micro heli with these linear servos there will be a pulse of high current arc that deposits a carbon spot on the servo wiper track. The carbon build up is the main cause of jittery erratic servo movement that results. Same goes for a heli that has sat idle for a long time unused and unflown. Cleaning the servo wiper track will restore smooth wiper action to the servo. The wiper track can be cleaned with a cotton swab dabbed in denatured alcohol, and or a rubber eraser. This is old school slot car wiper maintenance technology.

Thanks man! was thinking of buying a new one (probably BL), since it thought my mcpx V2 was "used up" - until i found this video! Servo cleaning and canopy grommets on the swash, made my heli brand new again!

Reposition the push rods to the middle hole in the servo arm by pushing them through (for no slop)............unscrew the ball links on the push rods by 3-4 turns to make the length back up. Grommet mod all ball links (7 total) & then shave a very slight amount off of the length of the feathering shaft to take up slop in the blade grips (side to side slop where the brass colored shims are). Fly your Heli, should feel better than new!! :)
