Bandai has no sub-license for Amazing Spider-Man 2 and it was costly for them to buy from Hasbro to just include the headsculpt of Andrew. And yes. Andrew haven't signed for his likeness from NWH to be used without him.

the thing that i hate about this figure is the way the sculpted the lense, which resulted a scratch on its lense, and it's so hard to repaint, be carefull that it will not fall or his lense will be scratched
