Nice build :) about the elevator, you probably glued the side pieces in the wrong order. I guess it should go wide then thin then wide again, i-beam style.

You're right olovski, it should be glued wide-thin-wide to form a rail for the elevator to move on it.

I totally built the elevator wrong. The elevator needs to be build with the thin section in the middle of the two thick sections. Pay more attention to the directions, unlike me!!
