The Atezr looks like a great machine from the reviews I have seen on KZbin. However, I ordered my machine towards the end of April this year and I am still awaiting delivery. There just seems to be one excuse after another. Including some problem shipping to the UK. They keep asking me if I have an address in the EU I can use. Like I'm likely to be living in the UK and have a house in the EU. I am very frustrated with them!

I am very sorry, and I understand your inconvenience very well. I haven't had any problems with ATEZR, but I've had problems similar to yours in the past. I hope everything turns out for the best
