Your tutorials are wonderful. I just completed a beach scene, using all your tips, and am super happy with it. And your tutorial on painting in figures. Thank you for making these available.

Thank you. I stumbled across this video as I was struggling to paint some beach sand down here in Florida on a bright sunny March day. The colors you suggest and your application have both been very helpful.

Thank you so so so much my uncle is a well extraordinarily talented and blessed painter and artist even builds furniture and houses designed and build his own big beautiful house himself! When I was little every morning we would go to my granny's all of us watch bob Ross on PBS and I remember I had to be maybe 5 or 6 and I was amazed I said I will never be good like you and him uncle Bobby he said bullsnot yes you can practice little one practice and now I'm 25 and now painting so much I started drawing especially tattoos for people and took a long break and stopped painting for about 6 years I regret it so so much but for the last 3 years I've been painting instead of drawing lol. I was having so much of a hard time with sand and my uncle stays so busy working on and building houses that he don't have time to help me. But now I have you 🙂

Ah, I'm glad you are painting again and enjoying it. Funny how children respond to creativity so well then get discouraged as adults. The lucky ones get back to creating again.

Thank you for sharing your great talent with us! I've really enjoyed your classes on gouache, and can't wait to see more. Just beginning in gouache now and love it more than acrylics or watercolor!

My sister asked me to paint a seascape. And I found a nice picture: hot sand, blue sky and a piece of sea :)) but how can you paint when it's grey, dull and gloomy outside? I get a stormy landscape, not a summer one, hi, hi. Malcolm, your video helped me a lot, thank you very much. All the best for the New Year :)))

Hi! I painted this as best I could, thank you. But I ventured off snd now I find my picture looks a bit anemic. Should I add some dark scrub bushes lower right? If you have time. Any suggestions?
