Great video Mark but one tip for fileting Flounder is the flip it over after you do the first side, then repeat, you can actually see what you are cutting.

Mark I think you should really get into hunting whitetail deer and exotics. As well as you've progressed in fishing I'm sure you will have it down in no time. Incorporate that and some more cooking and voila KZbin channel blow up. Kudos for the video and go big brother. 👏

Been watching your videos for awhile and finally subscribed. From the water to the table is what it's all about. I caught some nice flounder during the closed season that would've been great table fare, but, rules are rules and those fish lived to fight another day. Haven't made it back to those holes yet so hopefully they are still there! I'll try your recipe if I get on 'em. Keep up the great work.
