Not sure on your protein type. If ya use whey protein, you might want to opt for a egg albumin supplement. Feeds muscles rapidly. My GF(in ballet since age six. Now an old-rag!), eats plenty of fresh fish. Especially Canadian Perch & Whiting, with a dish of Salmon or trout, once a week. Magnesium & CoQ10 supplements, every-other-day, are also beneficial for sore muscles or that awkward muscle spasm during sleep.
