Late to this conversation, but as someone who uses MDMA in both spiritual and recreational spaces, I struggle to see how it would not be positive in couples work. My experience is that it can be difficult to find both people in a couple that are willing to try it unless it is already a part of their lifestyle. Hopefully the FDA can turn the volume down and drop the medicine from Schedule 1 so more straight edged people can perhaps open to it. It is the rare person that this amazing chemical does not impact in a positive way.

Hubby and I have looked at tons of research and stories. We will doing our own mdma therapy together. We have found correct doses and tested stuff. It's been over 15yrs since either of us have done anything like this. However obviously this time we won't be partying. We have written down 3 things we want to work through as a individual and 3 things as a couple. We plan on discussing it together throughout time.

@@mindspacewell-being4949 we have been planning this for 3 months or more. We have a 4 day trip away from kids and work life so we can recover as needed and no stress to feel we need to get going again asap. So this is totally different than when we were 18. We have started taking certain vitamins to help our brain before and have some fore after to help recover. We are also eating better and getting our bodies ready. I'm super excited and nervous but I know we are doing all the right things and my nerves are because I'm a responsibility adult now which to me is a good sign we have the right intentions. Thank you for sharing this video
