*TEN STEP SUMMARY* *1. Break everything down* -Write everything down that you have to do -Break down into small chunks -Shift focus from all the things you have to do to what you will accomplish in the next 5 minutes *2. Shift from distraction to focus* -20 minutes of guilt-free time -Turn all technology off -Make coffee/tea, get study space ready -Change your mood (take a shower, walk, listen to music, etc.) -THEN sit down and start studying *3. Quit feeling dreadful* -Focus on accomplishing small actions *4. Take scheduled breaks, not breaks whenever you want* -Don't just take breaks when things get frustrating/hard -Take breaks at scheduled times (e.g. Pomodoro) -Use Self Control app to block websites *5. Study actively, not passively* *6. Change the study location* -Helps get through final hours when you switch up your location (cafe, library, with friends etc.) *7. Take a well-deserved break* -Separate study time from leisure time -Sleep *8. Work around your schedule to end your day early and enjoy late-night study sessions* -Study 8am-12pm, break, then study 1-7pm -Take a 3 hour break, study from 10pm-12am *9. Make it enjoyable* -Favorite drink -Favorite playlist -Leave easier/less intense work (data crunching, email, etc.) for this time at the end of your studying *10. Make studying a habit* -Create systems, so that you start studying from day 1 so you don't stress right before your exams -Continuously moderately study, don't go from 0 studying to 100 studying right before exam

I just want to say that I stopped clicking on videos with similar titles a long time ago because the advice given is usually very cliché and I can't relate or stick with anything that's if I remember anything said after watching the videos 🤦🏼‍♀️ I trust your content very much and you never disappoint ! I replayed the video with a pen and paper and wrote everything down because it felt REAL ! I felt that this is genuine and it works and it's really an algorithm to follow because we see the result in your content. I thank you very very much for taking the time to make this video. I'll try to stick to this system as much as I can. Also I want to add that I'll attempt the 100 hr study week you did earlier, because it was the first video I saw on your channel. I thought it was cool but impossible for me to do it without discipline. But after following you all this time I think it's now possible for me to do it with the tips in this video. Best of luck in your next 8 months, you will smash it 🔥💪🏻

When it comes to getting things done, nothing beats setting up a proper list down to the smallest activities. You'd think it'd do absolutely nothing, considering how it's just a list of stuff you already know you have to do, but seeing everything you have to do in order really helps remind you what you should be doing. I personally don't like setting times for activities that require an unknown amount of time, so I pick a few things I know for a fact have a set time window, and use those as a reference to put activities with an unknown time window in between. If you're a student, plug in things you have to do in between your classes(since classes have a set time window), and of course, also list out really obvious things like your 3 meals, other obligations, and fun activities you do. It sounds pointless, but your schedule should be detailed to yourself.

@@michaelkagnew8071 We have all sinned & fallen short to the glory of God. We have all broken God’s commandments, therefore we deserve hell , we deserve eternal punishment in hell bc of our sins. But bc God is love & merciful He offered a way for sinners to be saved from the eternal punishment we deserve. He died on the cross for the punishment that we deserve so that we can be free from hell. & what we have to do is repent of our sins & turn away from all sin & put faith & trust in the only one who can save us from hell which is Jesus. Will you accept Him in your heart? He’s our Lord & Savior! He changed my life! I’m so much better now I find peace with Him. Without Him Idk where I would be. Salvation is a gift from God we are saved by WE ARE SAVED BY GRACE ALONE FAITH ALONE!❤️❤️❤️❤️ Also be careful what you feed your spirit, feed it the word of God!

Law school required a great deal of focus. I took an index card, attached a photo of me studying to it, and added this reminder - “Obstacles are what you see when you take your eyes off the goal.” I placed this card in front of me while studying, and it reminded me to keep on task. Classical music also helped me block out distracting noises.

As a final year student of law, who needs to brush through five years of studying and also simultaneously prepare for competitive exams and job interviews, I have been really overwhelmed. I have always had my uni subjects sorted but the extra hours that need to be put in for competitive exams out here in my country, it's crazy stressful. Your channel has been helping me out so much, I NEED to thank you! PS, the music in your study with me videos gets progressively better and I dont know what it is but it helps me concentrate so well. Kudos to you! Thaaaanks mate, wishing you all the good luck for your academic and professional endeavours man.

A few months ago I had a serious addiction to social media, so I just quit using any of those. I deleted IG, FB, TW, and I didn't even want to create a TikTok account. Months later I created a new YT account and only subscribed to these kinds of channels and meditation channels (another new activity I included in my new routine). And I must say this has changed my life!!! So I just came here to tell you guys, YOU CAN DO IT, it is possible. Don't be a slave of social media and take the reins of your life. I loved your tips Jimmy, thank you!
