As a survivor of Domestic Violence, if I ever had to lie for someone who was a victim of it damn straight I would ! Whether it's a man or a woman, I'd lie for them so that they could get out of that situation.
@Jessica039987 ай бұрын
Why lie.
@mistressofthedark14767 ай бұрын
@Jessica03998 Because leaving an abuser can be very dangerous. My abuser stalked me and my daughter. He even broke into my best friend's house one night and grabbed my sleeping 2 year old daughter off the floor and ran with her, and I ran after him, screaming for him to give me my daughter and she was screaming for me and holding out her little arms and the neighbors next-door were having a party and saw me hitting him and screaming at him to give me my daughter, but they didn't do a damn thing to help. He lied and said that he didn't know my parents' address and phone number in Germany where my Daddy was stationed, and yet he called them, and my parents said that everything out of his mouth was a lie and when I got to Germany my Daddy was giving me armloads of letters written by him. You can never be honest with an abuser ever because they'll use it against you. To get my daughter and me to the airport so we could fly back to Germany to be with my parents and her father could see that we were okay. My best friend and his wife lied to my abuser and told him a different flight, airline, and time. When the day came for us to leave, we had to move quickly because we didn't know if he was watching or not because he had been doing that until the police were called on him. That's why you lie because you're saving someone's life or your own.

It's a misdirection. They want you to read the title, see the first few seconds, and think "oh, the nurse was mistreated by this patient in the past, so she's gonna get revenge on her while she's vulnerable." But the twist is that the "mistreated woman" getting revenge is actually the patient.
