Great video. I also have to and want to stop rushing and stop thinking about the next task I need to do while still doing another one

Thank you. I was very Type-A and hurrying / rushed before my Long Covid, and I think it had something to do with why Covid turned into Long Covid for me.

Definitely something to be mindful of! Will try and think about this more often. I was wondering if you had a video about, or a possible explanation for why we (or in my case) tend to have way more ‚energy‘ when we’re wired. I have very bad insomnia and without the help of medication, I don’t sleep at all, I can go over a week without sleeping and have more energy than after a night of good sleep. I really can’t make any sense of it. I try and meditate often, and regulate my nervous system, but it’s hard when the body simply won’t rest, and I feel like it doesn’t help. Thanks!

Re "Why we have more energy when we're wired" - I believe it's because we can temporarily run on adrenaline and that temporarily suppresses symptoms. The fight or flight system has a good purpose: to get us into action during dangerous times. But it can also be used to ignore illness, especially e.g. drinking lots of caffeine. Some of us ran for years like this and long covid is what finally made us slow down and stop living the insane Type-A, hurry-hurry life. YMMV I am not a doctor or scientist, just my view of it
