@peterlewis28814 жыл бұрын
Old men have money and basically most of the things that they want in life. They understand how difficult life might have been for them coming up. Money really isn't the most important thing in life as it might be to a young person. So they have no qualms with sharing what they have...giving it loaning money to young people, but it almost always turn out to be a situation that they regret. Young people think they are slick and up on some slick game to beat someone out of their money , especially older people. She borrowed the money and he loaned it to her. He didn't think that he needed documentation. It was when she thought that she could be slick and not pay back what she borrowed, he had to take her to court. Judge Mathis knew that she had borrowed the money and as a sharp barrister he could have gotten her to admit that she said that she would repay. No body give $5000 without expecting to be repaid....Maybe $500.

Folks please learn how the law works in court!! A lot of comments are saying she lied about owing him, but that's not the issue. Defendant's are known to lie, but it's the plaintiff's burden of proof. This man had no evidence and thought she would actually own up to it which is dumb as hell on his part. A judge can't make a ruling without evidence. Then even if he did his case would've still got dismissed for perjurying himself with lying about the car transaction. Yall keep saying JM ruling wasn't fair, he couldn't rule in his favor based off his testimony alone, learn the damn law!!!
@camij93714 жыл бұрын
Yes she lied but I don’t see how he was dumb enough to keep having transactions with the woman like judge said.

I’m a woman and I have to agree. No man who isn’t you father/brother will “give” you $5000. That was a loan. She’s going to reap a poor harvest for the bad seeds she’s sown.

She was clearly lying 🥲 BUT he was dishonest at the end too, when judge Mathis asked him a straight question about the transaction and repeatedly said no AND she actually had evidence of that, that’s where he went wrong & where he lost the judge 🤷🏾♀️

I will have to disagree. Men will give women money/gifts without a sexual exchange. I dont know their situation but speaking from experience it does happen. Especially if a woman doesn't come off as a gold digger. I have platonic male friends that offer and gift me things all the time and I often decline because I dont want to give off the notion that things will move to the next level.

Man rough case, that guy clearly wanted some cheeks and she took advantage of that. She is wrong, he is wrong, judge was wrong.... this entire case was a mess With that said if someone owed me 5k, I'm not still doing business with them which is what the Judge focused on.

That’s a gift!!!! Who loans 5,000 to someone a woman who’s dating another man in the house he live in. Turn around and drive her out of town and pay and wait for her to get her body down. Plies she’s driving his car. Something not right. Plus he making advances at her yet she leave out of town with him 🧐
@Kiara_Lee14 жыл бұрын
So let me try and some up the story.. they were involved period point blank. She met him through the mutual friend and saw that she could manipulate him. She pretended to like him and he fell for it. She eventually got money from him to get her body done and they probably made an agreement over beer and weed lol. She seems as though she belongs to the streets so she knows how to play and swindle and once she got Nudge Mathis on her side it was over from there. Judge should have listened to his side because he probably would have caught her in a lie. Once Judge Mathis’ mind is made up its a wrap!

You see this guy's, "nice guy's", a.k.a. "simps", finish last, and in this case, empty handed, don't be the plaintiff. As for the narcissistic defendant, who attempts to pay for her looks, money in the end won't save you, it can't buy good health. Instead of getting tummy tucks, eat healthier, and incorporate more beneficial physical activity into your lifestyle, then there will be no need for quick fix tummy tucks, that you can't afford...
