Me Too - A Film About Mental Health

If our next generation is not mentally well, they won't be physically well, and their potential to positively impact our society will be impaired. Despite increased access to mental health resources, including counselling and treatment options, rates of mental health issues such as anxiety and depression continue to rise.
Why should individuals try to shoulder the psychological burden alone when it seems so heavy? If there is a physical illness, they don't wait for it to be severe before seeking care. However, people go to a psychiatrist or psychologist when their mental health condition is already serious, even when mental health services are available in primary care, i.e., community health centres (Puskesmas). Yet with early and effective mental health screening, diagnosis, and treatment, people with mental health conditions can improve, and many recover completely.
"Me Too" exposes some negative consequences of stigma, such as a reluctance to seek medical aid or treatment, a lack of understanding by family members, and fewer chances for social activities, and how to overcome them in a lower-middle-income country, promoting equality between physical and mental illness. Since there is no universal health coverage without mental health.

A very inspiring film 👏🏻👏🏻 Mental health may not have normalized as far as physical well-being, sometimes even being seen as shameful. But its very important to do our best to find ways to be more open and honest about all struggles so that mental illness does not occur and can be cured. Because we don't leave mental health behind.

Mental Health is Fundamental Health, People with severe mental disorders are part of the disability. Hospital services are limited, in the end the community around sufferers must be empowered to re-employ them, eradicate the stigma and not be left behind. the spirit of Dr. Suharto Heerdjan's mental hospital, has succeeded in making the all Indonesian people healthy, good jobs 👍👍👍💪💪💪

This is a phenomenon that exists in Indonesian society. There are still many people who do not understand related to mental disorders. Most of them are associated with supernatural or mystical things so that the healing is done traditionally. This movie is really cool. Very inspiring. Hopefully, this film will make more people aware that mental disorders must be cured by medical means.
