Come and think of it, I think ZUN accidentally swaps the names of "Froggy braves the elements" and "Mishaguji Sama".... Because, the "Froggy braves the elements" spell has the look of -Mishaguji, 8 heads snake curse god- all over it. While "Mishaguji Sama" has the look of -Nature element- all over it... Oh, ZUN. I think the "Froggy Braves The Elements" is supposed to represent a rain shower, hence all the falling blue bullets. Frogs love the rain, thus they "brave the elements" that other creatures can't

I think Suwako's mastery over earth would include metal to some extent, just like how Toph Bei Fong in Avatar is able to metalbend despite earthbending being her base technique. I think that justifies the Iron Rings.

Cato It took me only three attempts to beat Sans in genocide. (Imo Sans is the worst Undertale character. He was the one I grew the least attached to. I expect to be yelled at for that. :) ) Ive already taken at least 50 attempts on Touhou 8: Imperishable Night on easy and I've only made it to the final stage once with Youmu and Yuyuko. I'm good at Undertale but trash at Touhou. I still like Touhou a 1000x more tho. :3

Generally, players attempt to move proactively through the individual waves of patterns like this, so that their focus can stay on a single vector (through the gaps) rather than on multiple converging bullet trajectories. Hey, as someone who only watches these runs (especially yours, Raak), I have to say that Suwako might be my favorite boss. She has the most beautiful, evocative, and appropriate danmaku. You actually feel like you're fighting a goddess of water and earth... albeit a cute lil' playful one.

@raak1010 The non-spells are what I find hard in the Mokou fight as well. I can capture most of her cards in card practice, but I can't seem to kick her in a regular run of the extra stage, even with bombs being allowed. It doesn't help that I fail miserably at taking down Keine.

I dunno. Suwakos pretty easy. My first extra clear was Nue. I expected to have alot of troulbe on Suwako if Nue was so hard, but it only took me a week with Reimu B. After that, TouHou 16 released.I had alot of trouble on normal mode. It took me months to unlock extra with reimu. After that, I strode onto Okina extra, but I was suprised. I beat her in a couple hours. Lol. I'm working on Ran right now. I'll update you when I'm done, Raak1010!

@raak1010 It sort of is, considering that the nonspell is aimed at you. It rotates on int's axis compared to where you are. Extra Stage probably use circular patterns to make sure they're not to easy, by filling the entire screen .w.

the frog hunting spell card is pretty easy, the hitboxes for the danmakus are pretty small you can slip by them pretty "leisurely" but so far I can get up the the survival spell card haven't beaten it yet, I'll probably get it in a weeks time >:D
