No its not .In uk you hove mold and damp 24/7 .I have 20 l and its working on full speed in 1 bed flat and get humify on 65 % .And my bils its skyrocketing.;(

I have set my dehumidifier to 35 but it can’t get below 79. Do you think there’s an issue with the machine or is my house just incredibly damp?

your house/flat is damp. it filled twice to the the stop in my flat , and my flat was damp very damp.on the 3rd day it got down to 50. now it keeps it there or there abouts. brilliant little machine.
