Amazing video as always. I’ve tried that same brand of tea in Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride in my overnight oats before and it’s amazing. I’ve also tried brewed tea cold as a base for smoothies and that’s awesome as well. Love the other recipes as well. Look forward to trying they loaf and my husband and I love on foods with lentils. So easy and the Instapot make it a breeze. Love all of your cookbooks also!

Hannah, will you (I don't think you have) do a video showing the CELLULITE transformation that occurred for you? Looking at your photos it appears that this is possible. So many weight loss people on youtube show AFTER photos with legs covered. Just curious if you've thought of doing a video like this. I'm sure many would find it helpful! Thanks for being so inspirational.

A lecture on my Zero app (a reasonable but nothing awesome fasting timer) mentioned that there are three levers you can pull when altering your weight. Calories, exercise and time, and you can pull any lever (or all) to various degrees. I pull the time lever. Snacking went away (and so too the desire to snack), I stop eating between meals (I average two, but three isn’t a big deal), and I fast at least 13 hours a day (based on suggestions that perimenopausal women should not go longer than 14 hours regularly. I don’t feel deprived. Occasionally, I think, oh, wait, my kitchen is closed for the night. And sometimes, you decide to have what you want. But I’ve been losing steadily for the last six months, and that’s with no decent workout options.

Potato chips: Thinly slice a RAW Yukon Gold potato. Arrange slices on a parchment-lined plate. Lightly salt. Microwave for about 7 minutes on HIGH until chips are golden. (Keep a sharp eye on them at 5 minutes. Then stop or continue cooking, as needed.) These are DELICIOUS! I promise.

Thank you for your commitment to our health!! One thing that I keep wondering about: If I'm making a one-pot meal, say chili, that has tons of veggies in it already, do you think it's necessary to still add 1/2 a bowl of additional veggies? For instance, the steamed kale on the side of the lentil chili is an ingredient I would have just put into the chili. I get that still adding a side of veggies would bring down the calorie density of that meal, but I really love just having a simple bowl of something. Am I shooting myself in the foot? Another example: My oatmeal was cooked with apple, carrot, pineapple, butternut squash, cauliflower rice and kale, and while I did pair it with steamed kale & broccoli this morning, it really just felt like a lot of food. Thank you for all you do, and P.S. Your mushroom/potato/wild rice soup is like the best thing ever!

I really appreciate you being real and saying you don’t eat perfect every single day. You are such an inspiration, thank you. Looking forward to trying all of these recipes. I have to tell you that by far, my favorite recipe is the black bean, corn and red lentil enchilada chili. I could eat it everyday!

So I finally made the meatless loaf and it’s so good!!! I changed the seasonings a bit but wow it’s delicious! And it’s better the longer it sits. So leftovers have never been this good. Yum 😋

Wow !! Hanna wore "ahimsa" ring in her middle finger... such a great thing to do... Provides positivity to our thoughts as well.. P.s ~ Ahimsa (sanskrit/hindi) is an ancient Indian principle of nonviolence applies to all living beings.
