I've also done a meal planning video. I did it from more of the financial aspect, but I still tell people they need to budgeting for healthy foods and meal planning also helps with that!

Will you make a video on food prep and storage? For example - If I wash my berries will they go bad faster? Can I cut apples in some way that they'll keep without turning brown? Etc, etc.

+Mattica Blue That's a good idea! And yes berries decay quickly especially if you wash them ahead of time! You definitely want to wash as you go! You can squirt lemon juice or spray a bit of salt water on apples to keep them form turning brown! I personally prefer adding lemon juice because it makes the apples taste even better! :)

Fabulous video, I'm obsessed with trying to eat healthy the majority of the time, consistently working out and still enjoying splurges now and then. What throws me off is if I'm so busy that I haven't eaten for a long length of time and want to grab something quick and unhealthy rather than wait for a while to cook a healthy dinner. What's my go to? I ALWAYS keep a few meal portions frozen in a Tupperware in the freezer, then all I have to do is reheat it and bam! It's like a ready meal but I know exactly what's gone into it as I've created it from scratch and kept extra portions for emergencies. I do it with lasagna, bolognaise sauce, chicken and leek pie, vegetable and lentil soups... Almost anything! We call it 'Feeding the Freezer', check out Vivianna does make up on KZbin, her mum passed the trick down to her and she shared it, hence saving my nutrition choices at my weakest times😇

Awe please meal ideas for vegetarians. I am working out cardio (started doing weights) and get confusing hearing about bcaa's. Do we need a shake with vitamins or is a handful of almonds ok ect..I know you did your marathon congrats so educate us on what our body needs😊💪

Another great video as always! :) .... I do have 1 question, I've heard you are not supposed to eat after 7 pm. Is this correct? My problem is that by the time I get off work and drive home then to the gym it is already close to 6. Count the hour workout and it is past 7 before I can eat... so I often forego the gym so I don't eat past 7. In your opinion which option is better: 1) Go to the gym and eat later, or 2) Eat before 7 and work out less per week?

You don't have to stop eating at 7. You just need to not eat anything 3 to 4 hours before you sleep so your body has time to mostly digest your food. you have probably heard 7 because most people go to sleep around 10 or 11 pm but it really just depends on what time you go to sleep.

Hi Becca, I love your channel. Can you do more what I eat in a day and recipe videos? Also, CAN you also increase the frequency of videos release? One question: do you wear sunblock every day? do you wear it outside or also at home? DO you just apply it in the morning or every time you go out? what kind of brand? I am not a big fan of sunblock of makeups cos I think they kind of bring my skin a lot of burdens. But I am constantly told that sunblock is very important or else you will get tanned. Also, do you use makeup removals to remove your sunblock at night?Looking forward to your response.

Hi :) you touch on this in a lot of your videos, but I was wondering if you could make a whole video on how to eat mindfully. I recently got down to a healthier weight (the slow way, eating healthier and exercise, and I also feel a lot better (better skin, more energy, less feeling crappy) but my issue is that I found I really needed to count calories and macros to make sure I was keeping up. I have a tendency to overdo it on my portions, and I also don't really know the keys to moderation. Tracking everything is exhausting, but I want to be able to get the ballpark recommended number of calories and protein and be able to have a recess cup here and there without overdoing it. Please help! P.S. I'm in college right now and I have to be on a meal plan, my school does have a lot of healthy options, but I don't want to buy many of my own groceries
