Bravo! 👏👏I could smell it as you were putting it so together! The only tweaking is have done was too add the sugar snap peas the last three to five minutes while covered so they still had the crisp texture and fresh flavor. Using asparagus in place of the peas would be great as well! I rarely prepare anything the same way twice so if change it up a lot! Thanks for stating that you came up with the recipe idea while shopping. So many people are afraid to do that. Cooking is an evolving process so let yourselves grow as you learn more. 🙌

A friend sent me this recipe and I can’t wait to make it. I have to get green curry paste

Subbed cherry tomatos for red pepper, added orange peppers and topped fresh jalapeno round slices -seeds in, and and extra yellow curry powder along with fresh turmeric and ginger for an extra spicy kick. My voice kind of did that thing at 6:58 🥵😂😁. Loved the cauliflower and lime zest ideas. This recipe is biggie time good, a lot you can do with it and the veggies you have available.

I remember seeing this on your IG stories and have been waiting on this... Looks AMAZING! I'm not a fan of anything coconut but a lot of your recipes use full fat coconut milk. Is there a pungent flavor of the coconut or is it barely detectable? Are there other options of milk that can be substituted and still provide the same flavors of your recipes?

I don't do much turmeric or cauliflower, so we're going to try rapini and smoked paprika. :D

Man, that looks good! Just what I would do- eat it with a big spoon. 💥 One question, can I use lemongrass or kafir lime leaves to get that citrus taste? Lemons and limes make me break out. Love the jokes so keep em coming!!!
@themirroredimages5 жыл бұрын
Yes, absolutely! What kind of breakout are you getting from the citrus?

Probably better off leaving the Salmon out, unless it is wild caught. That farmed stuff is scary AF.
