This sauce is the nectar of the gods. Made this dish using chicken for my family and used the sauce over roasted vegetables and brown rice for myself. Fantastic!!! Also like the encased sneakers as part of your new backdrop.

I made this lastnight for dinner and wow it was packed with flavour and delicious. I added extra seafood and minced veggies and served it over scramble eggs.

Where are the actual measurements? I must be blind. I can eyeball it but would really like to know how much curry powder you put in your dish. Thanks. Edit: I found it, friend. Did a search on your website for this amazing dish. For everyone else's ease, here are the measurements: spray avocado oil 1 3/4 lb wild halibut pinch of sea salt & pepper 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or coconut oil or olive oil) 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic, minced 2/3 cup white onion, diced 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated 4 Roma tomatoes, drained of seeds and sliced juice from 1/2 lemon 2 teaspoons Madras curry powder (or 2 tsp curry powder + 1 tsp chili powder) 1 can (13.5oz) lite coconut milk (OR full fat coconut milk if you desire more calories) sea salt & pepper to taste Garnish fresh cilantro

The sound balance is a little off on this video. more than once it was hard to hear you over the sound of the skillet. You might want to look into getting a lapel mic.

Calorie conscious? 😂😂😂 You’re using coconut cream. It’s also keto… Your onions go in first. Then the garlic and ginger.
