Meal Prep, Fat Loss and Dirty, Nasty Rock Bands

This week, I'm in the kitchen doing meal prep for work and my change back to a healthier diet has had an effect on my tinnitus.
The fat loss is progressing nicely and Coach Ewan and I had a phone call earlier in the week to make plans for this season.
My cat Spyder, tries to make a cameo appearance, but isn't fully committed and my favourite band of all time The Erotics, are up for four awards in New York.
