One of my favorite things to do on Sundays is meal prepping! This week I'm going to be prepping 3 different kinds of pickled radishes and 3 of my go-to side dishes. 😋this way we got delicious dishes ready to go throughout the week. All 6 recipes are vegetarian-friendly!
We’ve got Jammy Eggs, Spicy Soy Radish, Mala Radish, Sweet & Sour Radish, Sweet & Sour Cucumber, and last but not least, Taiwanese Pickled Cabbage.
All of these may seem intimidating at first, but don’t worry, I’ve got tons of secret tips and tricks that will make this process super fun and easy!
I also did a detailed blog post below on exact measurements. The only recipe not featured will be my sweet and sour cucumber, which will be in my cookbook out in 2024!
